ACCOMMODATION
All bedrooms have there own bathrooms, tea/coffee facilities, colour televisions, clock radios, iron/ironing boards, hairdryers and central heating. Tariffs for a stay at the guest house is as follows:

	Spring (January - May)	£22-£26
	Summer (June - August)	£26-£30
	Autumn/Winter (September - December)	£22-£28
	Christmas/New Years	£27-£30

Prices are per person(Children half price), per night inclusive of breakfast. Bank holiday weekends and extra £3.00 per person, per night.
